Orders will be taken during a given period of time, usually a week. At the end of that time, those orders will then be processed and released into production. Production time is usually 2-3 days. Your order will then sorted and you will be notified to pick up or shipped if you chose that option.

** Please note that due to covid related issues, shipping providers are asking that you allow for a possible 1-3 additional days in transit.

For an additional fee, yes. After you place your initial order, please contact us with your order number. We will send a request for additional fee and get your order going.

Custom Name: Please spell the name exactly as you would like it to appear on your product. The font used in the design is set up as ALL CAPS so that will be changed automatically.

Photo: When you get to the "cart" page, you will see a blue "upload" button. We accept high resolution JPG, TIFF, and PNG images. The higher quality image the better. We will do our best to  check images for quality printing, but cannot guarantee it and therefore not responsible for low res images being uploaded.
